I'll interrupt my work on the comic if it's for a good cause.
The House of Hope Orphanage provides shelter to Ugandan kids in need. It gives children devastated by war or AIDS a roof to hang out under, companionship, and education. It hopes to make them self-sufficient.
As it would happen, they are trying to assemble a colouring book for these kids. I was happy for the challenge. What would a Ugandan orphan be interested in? What would they like to colour?
They're looking for more art. If you'd like to contribute, visit their website and start sharpening those pencils!
